​In Fiction, we are seeking to represent novels, novellas, and short stories that demonstrate a subversive, genre-agnostic voice, transgressive and boundary-pushing narratives, unique outsider perspectives, radical social commentaries, electric prose, and vivid, lifelike characters.

We are not interested in Romance/Romantasy, Hard Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Children's/YA Books, Crime Procedurals/Mysteries, Action/Thrillers, or  Graphic Novels at this time.

In Non-Fiction, we are seeking to represent writers that demonstrate a talent for crafting oblique and challenging prose with a sharp wit and a keen sense of cultural relevance, as well as certain works of guerrilla journalism with an on-the-ground perspective and a unique observational/dialectical flair.

We are not interested in Memoir, Self-Help/Advice, History, or (Auto)Biography at this time.

In Poetry, we are seeking to represent anything fresh. Define that as you like.

If we are interested in receiving a sample of your manuscript, we will contact you directly with specific instructions. Our typical review period is 8-12 weeks from the submission date. We will respond to any inquiries within 90 days, even if we are unable to offer representation. If you do not receive an offer, consider re-submitting your proposal during one of our Open Query Periods.
